I would like to see a column for "Balance" on my Account Activity Summary. If we pay our 6 months deposit prior to the renewal date, I'd like to see what's in our account as of today. Thank you.

Hi Frankie: Mostly just name, title, company and email address. Unfortunately, our current CRM system does not adequately track CC opens and clicks, so I need to run the reports out of CC. Thanks for any help you can offer!

I need an easier way to pull Open/Click reports that show contact information. Right now I send campaigns separately to separate time zones. For each campaign, I could require 12 exports just get the Open/Click report for one campaign. 3 times zones, and in each time zone I need to export the 1st Send Open, the Resent Open, the 1st Send Click and the Resent Click downloads. This is extremely time consuming.

For the life of me, I can never figure out where to find the "Activity" page where I can find the reports I've created. Very frustrating. It used to be under Contacts. Right now I have no clue!

Why is there no search window for Campaigns? I have 19 pages of campaigns I now need to search through.

Hi: I am reviewing a list of 350 contacts, and tagging groups of they by address. Every time I select a set of contacts and tag them, I am returned to the first page of contacts. I would prefer to stay on the page of contacts that I'm on, to do subsequent selections and tags, but I keep being returned to the first page. Another nice feature would be the option of showing all contacts in a list on one page, rather then needing to scroll through. That would make for easier review and tagging. Thanks.

I am trying to edit a list that has multiple screens. When I edit a screen and select individual to delete from the "list," once the deletion is complete, the screen reverts to "all contacts" and I must re-select the list I was working on to continue my edits. A little maddening.
