Coded forms allow for you to have multiple lists displayed that you want sign-ups to select from. They can select one or several.
For instructions on creating coded forms:
editing an Inline form
editing a Pop-up form
editing a Flyout form
editing a Banner form
Once you've created the form, you'd then plug the requisite codes into your website.
