Hello @POOLPACT ,   I've not heard of an issue like this, but is the issue that the contacts bounce when set as express, and don't on implied? Or are the emails still sending, but the express contacts' ones aren't actually being received in spam or otherwise?   I'd honestly recommend reaching out to the Delivery team directly, and especially provide some examples if you're able of the situation so they can perform some more advanced troubleshooting. ...
