The click statistics of some of our e-mails have suddenly gone up - I don't think we have suddenly become more popular, I suspect there are bots being used by some of our email recipients which automatically try out links in e-mails, perhaps as a cybersecurity measure. But this means we have no way of knowing how many 'real' people are clicking on the links. Has anyone worked out a way to solve this problem?

Hi can you provide a way to put event landing / registration pages as SSL? Right now, if I put a link to an event landing page in a newsletter, people get a page which says 'this page isn't secure' etc which puts people off clicking on it. The only workaround I have is to download the entire Constant Contact landing page as a web page, then re-upload it on my website, which is fiddly, and perhaps even a violation of your copyright Thanks Cheers Karl

Hi Caitlin thanks - but I have been told that corporate cybersecurity experts are now advising people not to click on any e-mail link with a different domain to the sender's company. The only way people can follow the links in our e-mail in that case is if we can stop using redirect links at all.

Hi, a cybersecurity expert who receives our Constant Contact e-mails is telling us we should only include links to pages on our own web domain in e-mails, rather than have Constant Contact convert them to rs6.net so it can track the clicks. He says that he teaches people never to click on 'suspicious links' in e-mails, which means any link to a domain other than the one of the company sending the e-mail. Also by including these links in our e-mail we are contributing to reducing organisational cyber resilience. It may be a fair point - and considering we never look at click statistics anyway, maybe we should follow his advice, but I don't think Constant Contact offers the capability to not use redirect rs6.net links? Hi this is a small improvement suggestion - something fairly small but happens many times to me and many people I imagine! I receive an e-mail from someone saying their e-mail address has changed, can I update my records. So I have to go to CC 'contacts', and enter the person's e-mail address, and search for it. But CC only finds a contact if it is entered precisely. When a contact is copied directly from Outlook, it is in a format like Anwarudin <anwarudin@mogsc.org.my> As soon as I paste it into your box, your system starts looking for it, and can't find it, because the address in your system is anwarudin@mogsc.org.my I delete the Anwarudin < and then the system starts searching again but still can't find it because of the > at the end. The workaround is to paste the e-mail into notepad, manually remove everything apart from the e-mail address and search, but that is a hassle. I would imagine you could fairly easily write software which would only search for an address within the < > Cheers Karl

cannot see how to contact support on your website. Please make it obvious on the website how to contact support, don't just tell me in a discussion how to do it, I want to find out in 1 second not 100 seconds
