At this time, we will not be offering the ability to turn off link tracking. There is a security risk with this request. The feature could be exploited by accounts who send spam and malware and we would not be able to break the link.

Hi William thanks yes looking at the click statistics it is pretty obvious which ones are from bots.. although that leads to the issue of the manual work to remove them.. and I can't think of any obvious way to automate it! Perhaps you could pass the suggestion onto your software developers - make a tool to automatically remove bot driven clicks from the data, which could be defined as more than 3 clicks within the same minute on the same e-mail? No, link and click tracking cannot be turned off at this time. It's advised that your recipients adjust whatever program is blocking the link opens, or add the domain to the program's trusted setups.

With the redesign of our Contacts page last year, pasting in contacts with greater/less than signs around the email address will allow the contact to be uploaded properly!
