IS this occurring in multiple email programs / apps you have access to, or just one in particular? Is there any setting in the affected email program(s) that would impact a YouTube video thumbnail from being able to display? If you're using an email program that requires you to approve or download images before it'll display them, are you prompted and able to do so?

This has been implemented in all emails built using the Cross Platform/Device Editor (CPE). If you're still seeing the Twitter logo, make sure you're not still using the older 3rd Generation Editor (3GE) to build your email. If you're in the CPE, make sure to edit your social bar to force the visual change through for your existing block, or simply delete and re-add.

Nevermind: I think I was looking at a sign-up landing page that isn't the legacy sign up landing page. I have switched all links to point to the legacy one, since that's what is linked by default from the "View as Webpage" button (and also since it is the only one that properly shows who the emails are from in the fine print at the bottom of the page).
