Also, now with the new change to the image, I am no longer able to delete an image from our folders on the website. We used to be able to delete, but now I have a ton of photos in my folder I no longer need and have to cipher through. All of this is mentioned to support yet they keep saying we are working on it. I doubt it because other things are being put into fruition except what we have always complained about.

I am very unsatisfied with the constant changes to the UI, now thumbnails don't even show, and still to this day 2+ years later, I have continued to bring up how the search is faulty. Please stop trying to add new things and fix what is already here. A search that filters from new to old and a search that can bring up all campaigns with a certain word. Please, do right by your customers and provide a system that works.

For the holiday season, we plan on creating custom graphics such as animated snowfall over our model home units (we work in real estate). Also thinking about animated steam over a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, with the subject lines including snowflake or snowman emojis to capture the reader's attention for a higher open rate. We want to provide more than just offers in our emails, maybe giveaways for our tenants (target only our tenants) and start a "what are you thankful for" question that they can respond to, and share with other tenants. Wonderful templates just wish my search bar under campaign tab functioned over the past two months! Now they are doing a redesign of the Reporting page which was my bypass for the search bar and now that doesn't function! I've been told for two months these bugs would be fixed and either sent to development or technical. Not thrilled with this service.
