Totally agree that this deserves fixing. The most obvious item on the page is to sign up for more space!!! If you select a date range that's old enough to cover the items that you want to delete and keep clicking "show more," it's somewhat useful if not ideal.....

I would desperately like to have this control on individual text boxes. I just placed a two-column layout with bullets in each column. There's enough space around everything to float a boat!

There was a fix made in October 2022 regarding an issue with a delay in typing. If you experience further delays when working in an email, we suggest doing basic troubleshooting first such as closing and reopening your browser, working in a different browser, or seeing if the issue occurs in a private or incognito window. That being said, issues with loading times are not suited for a feedback board that is focused on account improvements or feature requests. Connectivity issues should be escalated to our support team. We suggest contacting our phone or chat support for live assistance as troubleshooting here in the Community can be difficult given that we are not assisting you live.

When, oh When are we going to be able to minimize this screen hogging Editing Toolbar on the Campaign page? We need all the space we can get to work on our emails but this toolbar really really needs to be a fly out option Once we have done our building we need it gone. It should be easy to access or to hide. PLEASE listen to us.

I just spent a half hour of my life with Chat because I can no longer add / change a border color to an email. I used to be able to but not now. Someone broke it. The developers continue to twiddle with unimportant titivations that most of us don't care about but don't change the features we request over and over again. I am so tired of getting onto CC only to find yet another unwanted change has occurred. I learned early in my years that "Deeds Not Words" is a powerful thing to remember. I am so tired of empty apologies from CC and other companies who tell us "you are very important to us" and "is there anything else I can help you with" and "we apologise for the experience you had with creating emails in your account". What rubbish. It's supposed to mollify us but instead we leave and do our best to find another option. So tired of expensive, ineffective and unfriendly CC.

Hi @oyehonduras You are correct, the options to removing bounces are to delete the contacts from your account and not unsubscribe them or delete and unsubscribe the contacts. Deleting a contact does not affect the reporting of a previously sent campaign. Their name will not be removed from the number of sends or opens. They do appear on the reporting with a strikethrough their name. Does this help fit your needs?

Hi @Assist-Deb, thanks again for posting! You should be able to select all of the files that are currently being viewed by using the very top checkbox. Here's a screenshot: https://www.screencast.com/t/zuO7BGgmBoi Unfortunately this means clicking the 'Show More' button at the bottom of the page many times, but after that is done you can scroll to the top and do a quick bulk delete. Let me know if that doesn't work for you!
