We can't guarantee a commitment to include more frames in the image editor but it should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration for a future release.
Image editing can be done with third-party programs in the meantime.

The good news is users do now have the ability to opt-in for a callback during long wait times when trying to call into support. Currently callbacks are offered within specific hours of the day if the queue times are high, and may change based on business hours.
