No wonder you were confused! In the past the Confirm button in lower right of “Resend to Non-Opener settings” said Send, rather than Confirm as it does now. That was confusing because I wasn’t sending the resend yet; just confirming the resend for the future. Perhaps someone read my original post and made a change before you saw it? Or maybe a change was already in the works to go live after the new year. In any case, the issue is now solved. The Confirm button is very clear. Thanks for responding!

After selecting the date and time to resend an email, and hitting confirm, a confirmation pops-up. I suggest changing the “Send” button to “Schedule.” “Send” implies the email will be sent soon as you click ”Send,” when it actually means it will be sent on the date and time you’ve specified.
