The devs are reporting that the issue should be resolved. If you had any emails scheduled to go out during the downtime, they may have been delayed, but should start sending soon if not already.
That said any emails created during the outage will be broken at this time. Campaigns that were created during the time-frame of 03:17 pm ET and 03:54 pm ET will be in one of two states:
Campaign is editable, but cannot be copied and has the error “Resend to Non-Openers is temporarily unavailable. Refresh the page or reach out to support.”
OR
Campaign is completely un-editable, cannot be copied, and cannot be scheduled with the errors:
"Something went wrong, please refresh the page and try again later." (Attempting to Schedule)
"Sorry, we couldn’t update this email. Please try again." (Attempting to Edit)
At this time the only workaround I can suggest would be to recreate the email anew, or re-copy from its original source. You should still be able to preview the glitched one, so you can quickly copy over and reference it. Once recreated, it'd be best to delete the glitched one.
