Hi @DiabetesFoundation Once an email gets forwarded through an email client Constant Contact can no longer control the display of your email campaign. Because of this the forward to friend does share the permanent URL of your campaign so your design may stay intact. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

that's the only reason I am not going to use Constant Contact. Your name sure implies that you would have an image for your contact.

Hi @LindaK07 thank you for sharing this feedback with us! We're always open to ways we can better our user's experience. In fact the good news is having numerical score start at zero and the option to have non-numerical raking questions are both feature requests we are collecting feedback on. We recommend sharing your need for these features directly on their feedback threads. The more requests threads like this receives the higher of a priority it can be given by our Product Team.

Hi @LindaK07 , It appears you have ran into a defect in the system. I do apologize about this, and I have tracked it on your account. I will be sure to have our engineering team reach back out to you once it is resolved or when there are any updates. In the meantime, here are the steps for the workaround: "You can rename the series back to its original name by clicking on the pencil icon on the upper left-hand corner of the series management page. Once that has been saved, click on the campaigns tab and the name of the series should now be back to it's desired name. This will only update the series name not the step's name." Since this defect is still being investigated, it's not a guaranteed, permanent fix, but it may help temporarily.
