Why haven't they fixed the Cut and Paste problem? I always have to go back out of the document and then back in to cut a URL and paste it to link to a web doc. This is crazy.

Hello @JudyP861 , Can you elaborate at all on what you're having trouble with in regards to copying and pasting? Is this in regards to a text block in an email campaign, another campaign type, or the type/paste multiple method of importing contacts? Are you able to provide screencaps or the exact wording of any error messages? When I tested pasting text in Firefox, Edge, and Chrome for my account, I had no issues with the contact import method, nor in the email editor.

Hello @JudyP861 , Unless you're able to find a 3rd party integration that can connect your site to our system in such a way, then the only workaround is to do this manually. That said, it may be worth checking in with the API Developers / Web Services team to see if they'd have any insight on how you could make an RSS (or similarly functioning) system work between your site and our system. Web Services can be reached either on the Developer Board here in Community, or through their site and email.
