Hello @KierraT35 , I got our logo removed from your account's email and landing page footers. You should see this reflected in all emails you're working on. This won’t retroactively apply to emails that have already been sent out, as the logo was part of the coding received in your contacts' inboxes. However, any upcoming resends of already sent emails should exclude the logo, just as new emails will.

This CAPTCHA box is causing some accessibility concerns. If there is no option to remove the CAPTCHA box, is it possible to address the accessibility issue that it is causing?

Hello @ElizabethO7 , If the video site's API is unable to provide the thumbnail desired, or if there's an issue with importing the particular video link, then the best workaround would be to generate your own thumbnail image to link the video to. This is how you'd get to "upload a custom video thumbnail." There's 3rd party sites and other programs that can be utilized to also add a play button overlay on your image, prior to uploading and inserting into your email.

Hello @AaronH310, I apologize for any inconvenience from this feature not being available. There are many factors that are used to decide what is added to or updated in our product which can cause us to sometimes not have a timeline for when a feature will be available. Though this may be the case, as previously mentioned in this thread, we recommend adding underscores and changing the font color to match the background color. You can also copy and paste text that includes a tab from an external source (like Microsoft Word). Our editor will convert these tabs into non-breaking spaces that can be saved. Also, I don't see you being marked as a new customer here on the Community.

I need to resize the sign-up banner that is at the top of my website. It takes up half the page. There is no way of editing the size in CC and I've tried inserting code of my own on the website and that doesn't work. Is this form resizable?

A chart visually showing the time of opens would be far more valuable to learn what time is best to send emails. Right now to try and figure it out myself I have to export a CSV and do some wizardy in Excel for every, single, email. Very time consuming when the data is already in CC.

Hello @AITPChicago , You can still preview emails for both desktop and mobile formatting. You can still insert View As Webpage links. VaW links don't go live until the email campaign has been sent out, since they use the share link / permanent url.

Hi @TanahW, Those sign-up forms, while they do accept some additional styling, for the most part the changes you are looking to make may be a bit more than what our base forms are designed for. You may benefit from creating your own custom sign-up form using out API. By creating your own custom sign-up form you can create the form to accept pretty much any styling and/or look you want. If you continue to use the forms we provide you will be able to adjust some options by adding/adjusting the CSS on your website, but not everything.
