This issue is being considered resolved by the devs, as yesterday Microsoft released the quarantined emails, and made the necessary changes to Outlook Protection.

Can you elaborate at all on how the bullets aren't working? Is it an issue in a particular text block / campaign, or all of them? Does refreshing the page or logging out and back in alleviate the issue? Is it the bullet issue you're describing occurring on other browsers or in Incognito/Private mode?
