Hello @ChristineM284 , I'm afraid I'm not able to recreate what you're describing. When I reuploaded the pottery PDF for an email creation, I was able to select the individual blocks, and select the Trash can icon in the formatting bar that displays above when a block is selected. I can confirm that this method does not delete the entirety of the PDF-generated email, just the selected section (headline, image, etc.) Since all the auto-added elements of a PDF email exist within the same row, the floating gear icon's trash can won't be able to remove individual elements. Clicking the blocks and deleting via the format bar is the only way to delete these individual elements, now that the PDF-email builder has switched over to the current editor.

Hi @ChristineM284. "Untitled" emails mean that a unique name was not provided when the email was created. You can rename an email in draft by clicking the draft email and entering something that would better describe the type of email you are sending. You can also rename an email once it has been sent.

Any copies you make of an email will include the same header setup - including preheader, or lack thereof. If you don't want to edit your preheader each time, copy from a previously sent email / master template that you've already setup to not have one.
