It is not good. The old platform did it for 15+ years. The new one does not. We keep getting told - there working on it. Or - they have moved the suggestion to future ideas. Why does an old feature not get implemented in a new platform? This is not good. Who puts out a event management system that does not notify you when someone signs up for qn event?

I am stunned. The home page with all your events on the old platform listed how many signups you had for each event. You also received and email when a customer registered. I have 14 events. Today someone signed up 2 people. No email notification. Just an email that John Doe paid $XX amount. I had to burrow down and find which event it was in my home page. Took 20 minutes. This is going back in time. The old platform showed it. The old platform sent an email when someone registered. Who brings out a new platform with less features than the old? And when customers put it on the forum, they firm writes back they put it in the idea list for the developers...

When is this going to be working? A date, not - we will put it in the idea list. You offer event management. A basic feature is to notify the vendor of someone signing up for an event. Basic event management. Not a high end request. Basic functionality. You told us the old platform was going away January 1. So we setup events using the new platform to find out basic functionality is not in it. Now extend the old platform until March 2024. Yet were already setup with the new platform .

On my user account home page for events it lists all events. Events prior Jan 1 2024, the event shows the number of attendees. Events Jan 1 2024 and future events it does not show how many are signed up. You dont get notified when someone signs up, and the home page doesnt show how many are signed up for each event. You have to burrow down daily into each event to find out if someone signed up for an event. This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. The old system showed how many attendees for each event right on the home page. It also had an option on the event to notify you when some one signed up for an event. Where are these features in the new platform that were in the old platform??

In the old event management configuration, there was a setting to notify us when someone signed up for an event. Where is it in the new platform? I have customers signing up for events and I am not being notified...

Good afternoon We give in person courses. If I setup a ticket for the full price, and I create a ticket for an "early registration" fee, which gives them a discount for signing up early, each ticket has a max tickets sold amount. Is there a way to make a max tickets sold for the event? The old platform had a Max registrations for the event. The new platform does not seem to have it. If it does not have it, any suggestions on how to make a max attendance so the event does not allow any more registrations so we do not go over the amount we can allow to sign up? Also, by setting up two separate tickets, the new platform shows both tickets available on check out. The old system showed the discounted price only until the date expired and than it showed the full price. Having both available does not make sense and is confusing.

Thanks for the feedback. But it is not all correct. You wrote: or you can drag over one of the three-column layout blocks. The editor always puts the 3 column layout at the very bottom. You can not drag it where you want it. I understand that what I am looking for is not available. Who does this? The old system for 20 years did it. You call it Beta in your response and I have seen that posted on here by others. So, a product that works, is being replaced by a Beta product that has less features. Does that makes sense? I would expect a replacement platform be equal to and probably better than the one it is replacing. Not a Beta. Beta is still not complete. The old one expires December 31, and it is October and the customer still does not have a finished editor platform. I want you to know, I do not have an issue having to redo my events. I get it. Your upgrading to a new platform and I cant copy the old events. That is fine. But I would expect the replacement platform to be equal to if not better than than one it is replacing. Not have less features and still be in Beta.

Good afternoon I am a 20 year customer. I have used event management for the 20 years. You are switching over to a new platform for event management. Old events can not be copied and pasted. I get it. I am fine with it. Yet I can not get the new platform to put 3 pictures horizontally across a landing page like the old one did. I called support. 30 minutes in I disconnected. I was constantly being put on hold so the individual could talk to tiar 2. Tier 2 got 2 pic horizontally (which I had already done and told the individual such prior) and they were at the bottom of the page, not in the middle. This was done on the old platform, what is the issue? Who brings out a replacement product that has less features? I asked, why dont you put me through to tier 2 so I can get this resolved? I was told - I cant do that, its protocol. This is extremely poor. Something as simple as putting 3 pics side by side is done every day by CMS systems and should not be a 30 minute phone call, on hold 5 times so the person from Constant Contact can talk to tier 2. with me finally disconnecting What kind of support is this? Bottom line. How do I put 3 pics horizontally on a landing page??

What is going on with this? We have been using this for a decade. Went to put up our schedule going into May of 2024. Wont allow anything past Dec 31, 2023. Chatted and talked to support. They dont know when new system is being released. Does anyone know what is going on. This thread started 1-31-2023. 9-1-2023 is next week and we dont have any replacement and the legacy wont let you go past end of 2023, which is 4 months away. Very very poor. Can someone at constant contact reply and let us know some timeline for this? This issue started in January of this year.
