This may seem very rude, so I apologise to Constant Contact upfront. At the bottom of each email I have sent, and now my first test survey, there is a message that says '...in collaboration with <logo Constant Contact> Try it free today' - we REALLY don't want that on our emails etc. Not that I don't appreciate CC - but it's our message not theirs.
