We need to be able to have an option to add Threads as soon as possible. The platform has been around for a year now so not sure why there is a hold up, clients and social media users will need to have this included, it is a major platform!

We occasionally have duplicate contacts and it would be great to have the ability to merge contacts and select the fields and tags etc... from each that you want to keep in one updated contact instead of having to do that manually.
