We would love the option to add Threads and X to our social scheduling tools. Seems pretty silly that the capability isn't already there when other scheduling platforms have had them available for a long time.

Unique contacts are derived from unique email addresses. If you have contacts with multiple email addresses but the same name, then you have technically have multiple contacts for the same person. If you do not want to keep one of the email addresses, then it's advised you delete that undesired contact. Picking and choosing which fields to keep is already possible by editing contacts, and would be the same process as "merging" the two.
