Hello @GlenG9 ,   Each support team has an individual email address, that is utilized on a case-by-case basis. If you have general support inquiries, you can send them to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com or communitysupport(at)constantcontact(dot)com, with your username and relevant support inquiries.   See our article on standard contact headings and character limits for more info.
