Hey there @MollyW328 !   It appears Gmail has made some updates  and when pdf documents are linked within an email campaign but hosted on Google Drive, Gmail will display these linked documents as attachments below the actual email content.  This is functionality in Gmail but not Outlook. Hey there @JamieS832    Thank you for coming to the community to ask this great question! We have seen in the past that some gifs, even when they are under 5MB, will refuse to upload into the library. I can definitely understand the difficulties this may cause, but I'd like to thank you for bringing it to our attention that this bug is affecting you as well. I will be sharing this with our team.   In the meantime I would recommend attempting to add the gif in one of these 2 methods: You can take the gif to ezgif.com, and select Gif Optimizer. Use the lossy GIF to compress the gif. It does not have to be much, the minimum is 5. This does not always work, but we have had success with some gifs. Hey there @LifeTecInc    Great question, thank you for coming to the community to ask! Sorry for the confusion, you can most certainly add 3 images to any template, regardless if we had pre-created it or if you have created it yourself.   First, you'll want to make sure you are on the build menu while editing your campaign. You'll notice if you scroll down on that build menu you'll see a Layouts tab. You'll see a block containing 3 side by side photos. (As pictured below)   Once you've dragged this layout-block into the body of your email it will appear like this:     You can then replace those image block holders with whatever images you please!
