We are updating this post to reflect the feature request of increasing the character count in an SMS message. At this time, there are no plans to increase the character count but we'll provide an update if there is movement on the idea.
You can upload a file of contact's phone numbers as long as they have given permission for you to message them. This is in line with our permission policy.
