COMPLAINT from a Steady Customer!!! I have a very serious complaint to file and I want someone from the highest level possible in Constant Contact to contact me ASAP to resolve this very serious issue! I tried to get it resolved with a CTCT technician (Arte) in the Partner Support Program, but he refused to help me. He did not have an answer for me and was more interested in ending his shift to get off work. I was totally shocked!!! H. James Hulton III,

Get rid of it! It is highly annoying! That is called penny-pinching! Totally ridiculous! Are you afraid you are going to miss a few extra dollars??? You have fees that you charge for your services, $50 for this, $79 for that, $99 for this, etc. So charge them on the day they occur. YOU DO NOT NEED TO CHARGE FOR PRO RATA SERVICES BECAUSE ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF YOUR BILLING CYCLE!!! STOP IT NOW!!! H. James Hulton III
