Our compliance team is suggesting that Constant Contact does not meet the archiving standards to be SEC Complaint which requires 5 years of detailed campaign distribution info. The compliance director referenced the Constant Contact Knowledge Base link below: https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/6205-how-long-is-reporting-data-saved-in-constant-contact?lang=en_US   However, when I login to our company's Constant Contact database - all of our information is stored for longer than 5 years (since the inception of our CC usage).    Can someone please let me know if the 3 years quoted in the Knowledge Base is correct or incorrect?
