Using API bounces (blocks) have tripled from 3% to 10% Blocking email from CC

Hi

 

Is there anything that could have causd this? We have been sending the same HTML now for almost a yar with just an image change.

 

When i look at the bounces it says the server is blocking email from constant contact.

Hello Gary,

 

Unfortunately the fact that the email is managed through API actually has no impact on the delivery of the email. The delivery has to do with the mail servers that send the email and the content, which is the same as if that HTML code had been added in the UI instead.

 

In this case, the best way to get information is actually to call in to our support line at 866-289-2101 and they can provide you with more direct assistance. I personally have not been informed of any issues with mail delivery yet, but I am also a bit removed from handling issues with blocked emails, so my information is limited.
