I get marketing emails with follow-up links.
When I follow the link, I get:
Can't connect to server r20.rs6.net
Hello @JamesH2655 ,
It sounds like you're running a pop-up / ad blocker, VPN, or some other security program that won't let our links work. Please go through this article on safelisting our domains.
Additionally, you can always call our support lines or message us on social media if you need to get in touch with us, rather than make a trial account. If you don't plan to use our services for marketing in the future, I can submit your trial for cancellation, if that's what you wish.
I'm afraid not. I tried opening the same link(s) in Chrome, which does not have a pop-up blocker with the same result.
I also whitelisted the domain in Sophos, again with no luck.
In that case you'll need to reach out to your IT, or someone with the ability to troubleshoot live with you. Since these aren't links for emails you've created through us, we won't be able to screenshare or troubleshoot further with you.
Hi William,
Just wondering if this article (https://knowledgebase.constantcontact.com/articles/KnowledgeBase/5800-safelisting-constant-contact-w...) is up to date? We recently had an issue with the r20.rs6.net domain and wanted to add the Constant Contact URLs to our Cisco and Microsoft safe list.
Thanks,
Stacey
