Getting message "unable to save"

my newsletter is supposed to go out tomorrow. Support is closed. I keep getting the message "unable to save" and I cannot move from this screen. I've rebooted, and had to retype. Tried a different browser, same story. Any help available?

Hi @JoanneLozarG. Thank you for doing some troubleshooting. At this point, I believe it is best that you contact our Support team who can do live troubleshooting with you to determine why that error message is still appearing.

Same here. I get this multiple times a day now and then (actively dealing with it as I type this!). I think sometimes CC has a problem when copy/pasting text into an email. That's when I notice it really acts up and starts throwing the error message.

Hi @HarvardBioethics. Are you seeing this error message when working on a desktop or mobile device? Are you using CTRL+V to paste or another method?
