Hello @DavidL03047 ,
For step-by-step instructions and visual guidance on text wrapping, please see our main article on the topic - also available via the Help tab of your account's top navigation bar.
Thank you, William.
It doesn't work. Text blocks remain separate from the image blocks. I cannot get them to merge. I've even started new text blocks.... to no avail.
I had no issues text wrapping an image in your account when I checked. Please see the CSCTEST_ version of your latest email to see the text wrapped image within your text block.
Make sure when you're dragging the image over into the text block, that you're seeing the pink square/rectangle in either the top-right or top-left corners of the text block. Text wrapping only works with those corners of a text block, in order for the email to properly convert to mobile format when read on mobile devices. If you need further visual guidance, please see the linked article in my initial reply.
If you'd like further 1:1 guidance and screensharing for text wrapping and building your email, I'd recommend calling our general phone support.
Wrapping would be Step 2. As per my message, I cannot even get an image to reside or merge inside a text box. I've dragged & dropped till I am blue in the face. I cannot get an image to nest into a text box. The images want to remain as a separate image box. Could be a Mac / Chrome issue. Maybe I'll try Safari. I don't know. I've never had these issues with other email marketing services. Always simple intuitive interface. This is not intuitive at all.
