Image library blank when I use desktop to edit email created in mobile app

Yesterday, I created an email in the iPhone app. Today, I want to edit it on my desktop. But when I open the draft on my desktop, the Images tab is blank. It shows the correct quantity as "All (3734)" but does not actually load any images. The library appears as usual if I edit a mail created on desktop. I'd like to be able to use the app and the desktop version of CC, but if I can't access my image library in both places I don't see how it will work. Any solutions?

You're likely running into a basic connectivity error, such as a caching error or interference from an extension or security program. Let’s start with some basic connectivity troubleshooting. Please keep in mind that when I say connectivity issues, I'm not necessarily referring to just your internet speed. There are a number of elements that can affect website connectivity and accessibility on an individual basis. 

 

If none of those alleviate the issues, please call our general support number so they can continue troubleshooting with you live. If possible, please have a screenshot of your speed test, including the More Info section, ready for the phone agent.
