Paypal issues

Hi,

 

I'm not able to pay with paypal in my constancontanct account, when I edit payment method I choose paypal then the web page redirects to paypal plattform and I submit my payment there then the paypal platfrom redirects me to "My account-> Account details" in Constant Contact and the payment doesn't process. There is an alternative way to pay with paypal?

Unfortunately, we are unable to address account specific billing issues in the community. I would recommend reaching out to our billing team at 855-229-5506 for further direction. It may end up being an issue that Paypal needs to resolve, but they should at least be able to point you in the right direction.
