How can I resend an email that already went out?  Can I not use the same contact list?

Hello @HCHANJ ,

Are you trying to send it to just new contacts, the contacts who didn't open it the first time, or to everyone in the list(s) regardless of whether they've already been sent it or not?

If you're just trying to target newly added contacts and avoid the ones who've already been sent it, there's a resend option for that.

If you're trying to do a resend-to-non-openers, there's a resend option for that. You can also make a list from the DNO report, then do a Quicksend (max 5000 contacts at a time) to that list, or send a copy of the email to that list.

If you're trying to target the same list(s) of people you have a couple different options. You can do a Quicksend (max 5000 contacts at a time) to the list(s) you already sent to, or you can also copy the email and send it to the exact same list(s).
