Hi, I'd just like to say I use the reporting tool all the time. As for feedback I'd love to see better functionality with it. For example: Sorting: sort what has been clicked on to see in groups. I like to see which articles are read the most for my next newsletter. And who has opened the newsletter to sort by company not just email or be able to sort by @companyname.com or something similar to see who are the most active without inputting an individual email. When you're dealing with thousands of emails that's pretty much impossible. Thanks!

Can the Link, Unique Clicks, Distribution chart be redesigned so that the entire chart fits on the page without scrolling left/right? Currently the chart has the scrolling option if the links are too long and it expands the width of the chart. It would be helpful if the entire chart can viewed for printing purposes.

In the past, we were able to see reporting on which devices and operating systems our emails were viewed on. I don't find that now - is it no longer available? If available, where? I think this would be important to know in light of the recently disclosed info that Apple devices no longer allow tracking, and the reports now falsely show that every Apple device opens our emails. That gives us an unrealistically high open rate - for me about 10 percentage points higher than in the past.
If this reporting has been phased out, I think it would be good to add it back, so we can give more accurate reporting to our boards and bosses.

Hello community,
I would like to be able to measure the level of engagement of my prospects and clients by the number of times that my emails were opened. This information will be available in my email reporting. I will be able to run a report and the report will tell me the people that have opened my email the most and the number of times that this particular email has been open.
Also, I would like to have the option if my email was forwarded to somebody else? All this is available on Watson Campaign Automation.

For each campaign I want to be able to download summary stats AND each individual who received an email with their response: did not open, opened, clicked, unsubscribed. I can get some of that in one report but all of it in one report I can't find.

In an event with multiple scheduled emails, the emails are all listed as scheduled on the event date, not the sending date entered when the email was created. Planning and editing are easier if we know the email send dates in the campaign listing for an event. Thanks!

It would be great to see and understand traffic that are going to my event landing page, are we getting only views and no clicks, if I have low reg numbers are they even getting to registration or is my landing page not engaging enough, etc. As a paid product, there is very little additional insight you offer for events that will help users in their respective space. As a non-profit, we are driven by data to ensure we are spending appropriately and the lack of information on the successes and the flops is very disheartening.

On a standard email, you can see the spam rate in the email details page. But, if you have an automation set up, it will not count your spam reports - or at least it doesn't show you your spam reports. Can this be fixed? Is there a workaround?

Dashboard for Ticket Orders in the Events Section should include add-on information. Right now, that's just not visible at all unless you do a full export.

I would love to see how long emails are opened for to get a better idea if the open rate is meaningful. You don't' know if people just clicked through from one email to the next or are actually opening it and reading at least part of it..

When viewing the lists of opens (the people on the list who have opened an email) please put a "NEXT PAGE" arrow at the TOP of the page, as well as at the bottom. It is time-consuming to scroll to the bottom of the page (past 50 listings of names of the "opens") every time I want to skip through the list and read it from the top. Thank you!

Statistics of emails opened, bounced, etc. are not nearly as useful as they could be. If a recipient responds with a vacation message, it counts towards the "bounced" total. If recipient comes back from vacation and opens the mail, it ALSO counts toward "opened." Every time this happens, sent = (opened + not opened + bounced) gets off by one. For a particular email (at least), the "not opened" total is called out as 19.
