The suspended email situation is HORRIFIC. There are currently 2 people on my team supporting over 10,000 email addresses and we do not have the bandwidth to reach out to all of the suspended accounts each time we send an email. We refresh our email lists each month at a minimum and to go through this is ridiculous. We don't have time to reach out directly to 100 people asking them to whitelist us. Our emails are time-sensitive and when we follow up on them 2 days later and we don't know which suspended status it is in, it makes our job extremely difficult. We use Constant Contact to make our job easier and expect to be able to send emails through you and trust that they are getting through, unless they provided an incorrect email address. If you cannot make that happen then we will have to look elsewhere for a service that will. I don't have time to sit on hold with customer service to unsuspend a list of people every time we update our lists and send an email. I can just send it through outlook at this rate. It may not look as pretty, but at least they will receive it!

We are already having problems with how difficult it is to resubscribe our members who have realized they mistakenly unsubscribed. Having the old option to send a resubscribe email when requested by the former subscriber is a far simpler method for us and our community.

I need to see reports on our contact list before 2019, it doesnt look like Constant Contact has that option. That's really unfortunate. Please change so that we can view our contact numbers in custom date ranges.

Well, it basically forced me to call in to CS to try to get assistance; as, I had no idea this was happening (surprised-Accountants and Investors do NOT like surprises by the way), and feedback is difficult. Where one of these is available as a filter or condition, they should all be available. For example, why can't I send an email to contacts based on tags or fields? Why can't I filter dynamic content based on lists, segments, or tags? Every conditional piece of data on my contacts has had to be replicated as a different 'group' as a list, segment, tag, and custom field so I can work around the limitations on the software.

I have spent way too much time downloading eight separate click through reports tonight! We used to be able to download ONE single report that showed ALL the links readers clicked on. Downloading and CONSOLIDATING eight separate reports is wildly inefficient and far too costly to our overhead. Please change it back.

When creating posts for Instagram I do not see the option to post videos, use multiple photos or the option to post to my story. Is this something that will be added (soon). I do not have a facebook account, only instagram. Would you please make it possible to connect an instagram without having to open up a facebook account. I do not want a facebook page so no I cannot use the social media feature on my outgoing mail 😞

Hi! I see you have added new editing functions, which is great. But the one thing you are still missing is a paintbrush, where you select a section of text with formatting you like, click on the paintbrush, then select a new section of text to duplicate the formatting (of course you know all about it!). I just wonder why you don't offer that when it's so super helpful in Word and Google Docs etc. It's probably my main go-to tool for formatting.

Hi Constant Contact, the new system now includes social share links mandatory at the top of individual email archive linked copy, unlike the previous system which did not. For our use, we need to NOT have social links on selected archived emails, so please remove these OR add option to remove them. Otherwise we cannot continue to use CC after several years & need to move to a different email marketing service ASAP. Thanks, Matt

Please add the ability to replace an image in a new or previously sent campaign by uploading a new image using the same file name -- just as users are able to replace PDFs and documents. Scrolling through the community forum and feedback section, I've seen numerous requests for this.
