I have never worked with any organization in the past where I have been so frustrated in communicating to a sales representative that the organization I work for is not yet ready in moving forward to implement a platform that is in a trial run. Your software would have been a great contender if it wasn't for your pushy, relentless sales driven representative that didn't know how to take "not ready yet" as an answer. Hello,   Constant Contact offers many great things, but it limits creativity and it's extremely frustrating! - Adding in text boxes that can have the same colour background is crazy.  Please have it so you can choose the background colour for EACH box, as needed. - Dividers - mix it up, dotted lines would be great in addition to straight lines - Text boxes - offer the ability to have multiple boxes down the one side, offset by one big long box on the other side.  - Please have the tool bars stay open longer, they are soooo finicky and often disappear before getting the tool selected!  And also, have them off to the side in the margin area, instead of covering the newsletter.  The tool bar often covers what I'm working on. ...
