I’m writing to express my frustration with the latest update—specifically, the new navigation bar, While cosmetic changes keep coming, long-standing bugs continue to be ignored. These updates are being presented as improvements, but from a user experience perspective—especially for your core audience of 35+—they often feel like steps backward. especially the contacts page now, which has made the platform noticeably less intuitive. Major changes are rolled out with little to NO communication, and locating the Help section has become more difficult than ever. On top of that, I’ve noticed increased lag when switching between screens, which is disappointing given the advancements in technology. And no, it’s not my computer—it’s brand new. I also noticed you’ve removed the in-app link to submit feedback or suggestions. It gives the impression that user feedback has become too overwhelming to manage, or worse, that it’s no longer valued. You continue to push cosmetic updates without addressing fundamental functionality issues, and expect users to simply accept them. From my perspective—and from what I’ve heard from other long-term users—you’re likely losing loyal, experienced customers. And it’s not just due to rising costs. I’ve stopped calling in for support because the experience has deteriorated significantly. Outsourcing support may cut costs, but it has come at the expense of quality. One colleague mentioned being transferred at least twice before getting a helpful answer. Please don’t follow up with discounts or generic apologies—I’m not looking for pampering. What I (and many others) want is for long-standing bugs to finally be addressed. Thank you, A longtime supporter
