I would add to my list of unacceptable changes to the Survey functionality is the exporting.  In the Legacy Survey, there were choices on how to export the data.  When choosing Export all to CSV file, the data was organized by respondent, and had all responses to each question on one row in the spreadsheet.   The Export all Results (the only export option) from the current survey is virtually worthless, as the responses are scattered on different rows.  See example below (names and email addresses intentionally deleted):   Question Response First Name Last Name Date/Time Comments: They guy at the front desk was really nice and super welcoming. When I upload a photo, it would save me a great deal of time, if the default was set to link to the image URL. The reader would just click on the photo to enlarge it. If the sender wanted to make the photo a link elsewhere, that is already available to them and easy to do; however, many times, the photos I use don't need to go anywhere. The reader just wants to be able to see them better. So click to enlarge is what they want.  Presently, I have to upload a photo, then add it to the email. Then save the email, go out out of the email editor and go to Library. Find and open the new image. Copy the link to my clipboard. Go back to the email. Open the email, scroll down to the image and then add a link. paste the image URL in the link. UGH! Oh. My. Word. This just takes way too long. The real kicker is that I can't even have two tabs open at the same time. I tried to have the Image Library in one tab and the email editor in another and then toggle between them, but that caused all kinds of issues with the email. So can't do that!  Please help.   If you can't make the image link the default, you could at least put the link back on the Edit Image box like it used to be way back in time. Hello.  I recently sent an email with the wrong embedded link in my newsletter.  I was told I could not make a change to the distributed newsletter/email; however I could send a new email to my subscribers with the new link.    This solution does not work as the content was exactly the same, just the wrong url was hyperlinked to a word.  My hope was CC would allow me to edit the sent email to update the link without having to resend a newsletter.    This functionality would be similar to updating a link on a web page but being allowed to keep the same title and same page. We need a BCC feature for the account to send a copy of every individual email that goes out for SEC government compliance. It must show the actual email content and the actual recipient's email address too. Example: If an email goes out to 20 people in a list, then 40 individual emails go out. The background pattern automatically tiling, and not providing an option to use an image of your choice to span the width of the email/newsletter is frustrating. Contacts needed a re-design, but I am not sure why you have removed the Advanced Search feature?! Isn't keeping your contacts list up-to-date a very important part of managing a mailing list, which will increase your open rate? Why yes, it is!  So I don't understand why you would remove the advanced search so that i can no longer look for people who fit a certain criteria so I can remove them when updating our lists.  For example, the only way I can remove people who are no longer members of our organization (and therefore should not receive our emails) was to upload a new list of all current members and tag them with today's date, then do an advanced find for people who did not have the tag and remove them. Now, I can no longer do that!  So there's essentially no way for me to update my lists to remove emails.  PLEASE FIX THIS! 😫Every time something is upgraded, another function breaks or is deprecated. It would be great if we could have Constant Contact users authenticate using SAML. Right now, there's no way to enforce authentication policy (like MFA) to users with access to the account. I had two contacts that were same person but different email addresses  I deleted one to combine them.  Then your system would not let me change the email on the remaining contact to the correct email of the deleted contact, saying it still existed (even though I had deleted that record).  A search proved it didn't exist.   So now I am screwed.  Your system has a bug.  FIX IT so I can get my data correct.   I founded a software firm in 1981 that still exists today.  Do you test your software before releasing it on an unsuspecting user? ... We did a Segment report of contacts who haven't opened an email in 2 years. So we unsubscribed 1,500 of them.. But digging deeper we checked some of the addresses for engagement, and found many had actually Opened older emails recently or even within past year. We chatted with customer service who told us it was a glitch with CC reporting! But now CC has said we can't resubscribe them as a list and have to individually and manually resubscribe the ones who did open emails. These contacts Did NOT opt-out, we Unsubscribed them due to mistake CC did in segment reporting.   Going forward, we would like CC to make it easier to just upload the addresses again of those who WE Unsubscribed that didn't opt out on their own. It is too confusing to our customers to have to resubscribe due to no fault of their own and many would just ignore signing up again. ... View more
