It would be such a big help to have more advanced triggers to segment mail lists which help shops target their customers better & increase sales in promotions. Please add triggers such as - did not open last campaign (so we can retarget a message to them!), did not click link in last campaign (helps again to retarget potential buyers and not send the same message to everyone), has not purchased in X days (amazing feature to target people who have not reordered!).
This would require Constant Contact to sync with shops more so they can access data, but this would increase your user capabilities, lead to more sales as we customize marketing to our clients, and them that means more happy constant contact customers! I feel so limited with constant contact compared to mailchimp, so please step up the triggering features. Also please let me save my email campaigns as templates! SO much work to have to recreate my look for emails outside of a series.

Not being able to print/download a draft from the Preview page is quite annoying. This feature needs to come back - or it needs to be put in another intuitive place. Printing already sent communications from the "all communications" list is fine, but not being able to download a PDF of a draft is VERY problematic.

Are there any plans to support the use of right-to-left languages in Constant Contact in the future? Our organization would like to be able to use Constant Contact to send campaigns to our Arabic and Urdu speaking constituents and have been unable to do so.

I have gotten feedback from many of my coworkers (who visit our website often) and we feel it would be a great addition to have a check box "don't show to me again" on our "sign up pop-up. It seems like a pretty common thing you see these days. Do we see that being an option here in the future? Am I missing a way to do that currently?

Hello Constant Contact: My Boss is asking me reports of Eblasts and the only thing your system provides is a simple cvs Excel sheet. I don't think this is a Professional Report to "report". Anyone can fake a simple excel sheet. Why you don't have the option to download the full color Report in PDF with your logo and stats? It would be much better and professional. Thank.

I own an event marketing agency and opened a partner account with you guys to be able to seamlessly integrate my clients' events into emails and increase conversions. I saw the Eventbrite integration while doing my research and, among other features, that's what really sold me on this platform. Now, about to send my first email, I see that the Eventbrite block is no longer offered. I don't understand how you guys updated the email builder and took step backwards, but please bring it back so I can continue to upsell email marketing services to my clients.

Hello. Please make it possible to choose default fonts, logos, colours, button shapes, etc. that are separate from having to simply "copy a previous template". The reason is that even when dragging in a new text box, or if you delete all the text in a box to start over, the font goes back to Constant Contact's default, which is usually a font and colour we'd never use. Not really a question, but... It sure would be nice if, when you are in the process of creating an email - on the page where you select recipients - there would be a link to "Create List" from that page, rather than having to go to the contacts page and begin from there.

In the reporting section where we have our events, when someone registers a guest it now does not show that guests name in the registered guest downloaded file it will just show that someone has registered someone extra.
This is very time consuming for us to physically click into the guest to gain their information, the older system was easier for us.
Can this be resolved?

We need the ability to send reminder emails to people who have abandoned their registration so they do not miss cut off dates. Currently there is not a way to choose just specific people to send a reminder email to and it creates a lack of ability to follow up with them.

Has anyone found a good work around for adding a "cannot attend" button, link, etc. onto the event landing page? It seems like the "decline" option only exists on the original invitation email that gets sent out but there occasions where someone needs to be sent the landing page to register. Or if we'd like to publish the landing page URL, it would be nice to have that as an option. My current work around is adding a text line that reads "If you cannot attend, please email the event organizer by clicking here" and making the words "clicking here" a link that will generate an email to the event organizer.

Hi, I just have a comment that constantly pushing the AI generated tools on my main page is annoying. AI is not something everyone wants or even wants to hear about. I take hours to write our newsletters because we genuinely connect with our followers through human emotion and caring. We are a church. I find the idea of having a bot write our emails completely disrespectful to our contacts/followers. I realize AI is exciting to some people but there are a lot of writers and artists that find AI to be inauthentic and not in integrity with human connection. I have no problem with the tools being available for those who are unable to write. But I do have a problem that it's the main feature I see every time I log in to my Constant Contact. I can't even remove it, or click "not interested". I never will use it and I just want to share this as a gentle reminder that not everyone finds AI to be impressive. I'm certainly not impressed by a bot writing a newsletter and I would unsubscribe from any that were written that way.

Similar to how we are able to create and export reports on email campaigns, we should have a social media reporting feature.
We will be having to pull all our social media posts from the past year and a half, and to do this manually is unnecessarily time consuming. It would be nice to have a feature where we could look overall at our social posts, click which ones we would like to include in the report, and have that report ready to export that includes the content and the date it was posted.
