Selling a product or service is at the core of nearly every small business. While it’s important to spread the word about your product, you also have to consider how you’re enticing consumers to give your product a try.
Software entrepreneur and marketing and business guru Omar Zenhom spoke with us about the importance of taking the time to understand consumers to build trust and credibility for your product. “Your job is to show them that you are of value. Your job is to teach them what you’ve got ”, Omar says. “Most people have one or two reasons why they're not buying. They have a couple blockers in their head. And as long as you address those things, they don't have a reason not to buy.”
