Advertising on Facebool

I just spent $100.00 for my ad to go on facebook for 7 days. to Antique collectors and people that collect Collectables.  I am told it will only be scene by the people I have on my facebook business page of 4,000 people and no one else. That is stupid.  I want new people to see my ad and learn about my business Oldpostcards.com - 2 Million Postcards.  I have the new ad set for people that collect Antiques and also Collectables. which is 54 Million People on Facebook. Me spending $100.00 is a waste of money if I don't get new customers which is my purpose of this ad.
