Export all detailed reporting information for single campaign

For each campaign I want to be able to download summary stats AND each individual who received an email with their response: did not open, opened, clicked, unsubscribed. I can get some of that in one report but all of it in one report I can't find.

it would be good to have a combined report per campaign of who it was sent to, who clicked on it, and who opened it.  That way the data can be exported and analyzed in custom ways by the customer.
