Under your new Campaign creator, it doesnt give the option to save for later as a draft, only 'send now' or 'schedule for later'. Also to go to the old version when using custom code, its not obvious and you have to click on a link via another link, it should give you the option of either choice at the beginning!

Perhaps at the top of each column, put a drop down to offer other options. For example: at the top of the link clicked, one option might be to sort the links, the name column might offer alphabetical or by name etc.

Every time Constant Contact is "improved" it's quality diminishes. It's getting unusable. Please stop "improving the site. Lay off folks who have nothing better to do. There is a a sad decline in quality, likely unintended but inept.

Why is is so easy to add extras, such as the email preview, but almost impossible to remove them? I accidentally click the preveiw not realizing it would be a $10/month charge. When if said that it would be a charge I looked everywhere to find a way to remove it but the only way it to call and the call wait is sooooooo long! Why would I have to wait more than 20 minutes to have this add on removed? why isn't there a button to remove it? I'm sure I'm not the only one that has done this. So far as a new constant contact user I would NOT recommend this to anyone! It is not an easy program to figure out.

hello - we love the landing pages but they need to be better! Please consider the following options; IMPROVEMENTS: - Please allow us to make all of the various fields available mandatory or non-mandatory (not just the email address) - Please make it possible to select Province or State as separate buttons not "State/Prov" - We'd like that, when we remove all existing email contacts from an established list, that the system no longer shows a populated number on that same email list. Right now, it appears to always remember the total number of emails originally added to the email list. Thanks,

I got an error message that my email link was broken. the page included instructions to email webmaster@constantcontact.com, which was bounced back as address not found. Ugh, constant contact. That is poor customer service.

As an example I am stunned that your phone number area can accept letters. Or that your email area doesnt require an @ symbol and domain.

terrible start . I had an appointment at 9 am central time I have a name and confirmation number no one called I have been on hold over 12 min. and reps keep bouncing me from one another no help so far al I keep hearing , your call may be monitored ... I hope so I am really disappointed with the service

I find the new way of searching for contacts very difficult. I don't understand all the ways you can find them. I just want to insert the name and have it pop up - not look for how I can get it to pop up

Please pin the action items (Manage Lists, Export, More Actions) to the top to prevent having to constantly scroll up once selections are made. The way it is currently handled is very time consuming.
