You can find press release templates on the template selection screen. There's one template simply called "Press Release," however others will show depending on the keywords searched, such as "Press," "Release," "Announcement," "Alert," etc. There's also blank and basic templates that would work for press releases and other media relation-related emails.

If none of the templates you can find using those search terms fit what you're looking for, and you wouldn't be able to make simple adjustments/edits to make it look the way you want, can you elaborate on what you'd be looking for in a pre-built "press release" style template?
