Accidently Unsubscribed Contacts from CRM API Import

We are in the process integrating our CRM with Constant Contact. In the process of importing contacts from our CRM to Constant Contact to a new list, a large number of contacts were 'unsubscribed' in the process by accident. We went to the recent activity page and exported the file of the people who were unsubscribed, and we have tried re-uploading the file with Email Status 'Active', however, nothing has changed. Is there any way to revert changes or mass change the 'Email Status' using imports?

Hello @Cr4h ,

I'd advise calling our general support ASAP of the changes occurring, to see if an account rewind will be possible through our higher level technical team. If it's been more than 24 hours since the change, then the rewind is extremely unlikely to be successful.

Otherwise, the next step would be to speak with our Review team, which handles contact permissions and compliance, to see if the affected contacts can have their permissions changed back.

I'd advise not making any further changes to your contacts until the issue has been resolved.
