I just created our first event and have activated it. The landing page says that the event is not available and not accepting registrations. But the event edit page has the accepting reservations turned on. How can I fix this? https://lp.constantcontactpages.com/ev/reg/hfrz8a2

Hello @FirstNameL57983 ,

It looks like this is a more generic error message that displays when some aspect of the event is unavailable, and thus causes it to not be able to be registered for. In your case, it's because the tickets aren't available yet based on their current availability time frame. In these instances, until at least one ticket type for an event is available, the event won't be open for registration. Likewise, once no tickets are available, the event registration will go back to being in this unavailable status.

If you want your event to be fully viewable and accessible up to its actual date, then I'd advise updating your tickets' availability time frame, or remove the time limit entirely.

I have tracked the open ticket regarding this event error message for your case, so our devs are aware this is causing confusion, and can look into ways to make this clearer in either the error messaging or in the event creation process.

Thank you that was the problem. I deleted the ticket window. I ended up with an additional form field that I could not delete so I just marked it hidden.
