At this time there isn't a way to limit what an additional user on account can access or see beyond what is already established for Account Managers and Campaign Creator roles. Campaign Creator role would make the most sense, but it stops the user from accessing any contacts, not just some. We are tracking feedback on expanding the current user permissions so I will make sure to track this in your account. In a general sense, what kind of contacts are you trying to limit the user from seeing? Do you want to be able to pick different lists and say "this user can't see these specific lists?"
