Adding image to email

I'm using the email builder. When I drag the image box from the left to be able to add an image, it doesn't work. Help!

I'm not having any issues when dragging over an image into my emails from the side, whether adding them on their own, or placing them atop an existing image block to replace it. I'd advise calling our general support so they can screenshare and observe the behavior live.

Otherwise, it sounds like it may be a matter of connectivity issues based on either your bandwidth or device rendering the editor, its functionalities, and the autosave.
