I am creating follow-up emails on constant contact but would like the emails to come off more personal with the contacts first name at the beginning. Is there a way to do that?
Instead of generically putting "Hi there!", is there a way to set it up that it says Hi ----- (contact name)?

Hello @NANETTEB54,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! That is a great question. You can personalize your subject line and/or you can add a Greeting Tag to the beginning of the newsletter. You can also read more about personalization here. Thanks!
