Always getting errors when trying to upload photos

I constantly get errors when trying to upload photos to my account for use in my email newsletters. The error I get says "Error uploading file. Please try again."

It is constant.

I've tried 2 different browsers - Chrome and Edge

I use Malware Bytes on my computer for protection, but I have added all the various URLs to the allow list.

I have tried uploading from my phone as well and still constantly get these errors.

I have tried clearing my cache / browser history.

I'm at a loss. It is absolutely frustrating. Anyone else have this issue and know a fix? Please help!

Hello @SightsOfAfrica ,

I'd recommend checking our article on preparing images for upload, to ensure they meet the basic requirements (type, size, etc.). Not meeting these requirements, can result in error messages upon the upload.

The size parameters and everything are in line. I’ve sent the photos to a friend who is able to upload them fine from his side. That’s a tiresome work around though, so I still need to figure out the issue from my side.

Does the issue occur when using a different browser, or when using incognito/private mode on your end? Are you running any VPNs, ad/pop-up blockers, or browser extensions that might interfere with the site's ability to import a file?

I've used different browsers with no luck. Same with incognito. I'm not running a VPN, I have MalwareBytes but I've whitelisted CC, and I do have the following extensions (though not sure why they would cause the issue?):

  • 1Password – Password Manager 8.10.75.1
  • Email Tracker by Mailtrack® 12.41.0
  • Google Analytics UTM Builder 10.2.1
  • Google Docs Offline 1.91.1
  • Tampermonkey 5.3.3
  • Text Blaze: Templates and Snippets 3.1.22

Does disabling those extensions, exiting and re-entering your browser, and then trying to upload the image allow it to upload?

If you're still not able to upload the image on your device after disabling all extensions, then your next step would be calling in. Our phone support teams can continue troubleshooting the issue live, with the image(s) that have been erroring out for you.
