Hello-
Our organization archives newsletters to display them on our website. Does CC still collect customer statistics/analytics for our reports from these archived newsletters?
Thank you in advance.

Yes, archiving the emails merely adds them to the archival widget. The actual email's reporting will still continue to function.

Hello @MatthewY52 ,
We cannot collect analytics from webpage versions of emails, which is what the archived links are. The actual emails that are sent out can still have analytics collected, just not the archive webpage itself.

Hey William,
I guess I could have been clearer - we've already sent out our newsletters via email and immediately they are archived afterwards (to display on our website). Will the email recipients that have opened our newsletter (which is now archived) still be counted in the reports? We aren't concerned about collecting data from the newsletter accessed through our website.
