Hello,
I would like the option of adding an autoresponder. I am not an e-commerce user. CC is used to send messages on behalf of many event managers to our community. Their email is often in the campaign. When folks click on 'reply', it goes to the main email address, not that in the message. Can you help?

Hi @TeriL2. If you have the Reply-To address set to a different address from the From address, replies should be sent to the correct address. However, any auto-replies from the recipient will go to the From address regardless of what you selected to have replies sent to. This happens depending on where the auto-reply is set up, at a server or client level and we're not able to override this setting. Do you know if these contacts are doing auto-replies or manually selecting "reply"?
